About the Role
The Guest Service Associate is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to setting the tone for the guest experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In this position, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly while assisting with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. You will serve as a helpful guide, providing directions, information about local amenities, and assistance with reservations or taxis. Your friendly demeanor and professional communication will be essential in managing guest inquiries and ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment.
Hiring Process
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. This position offers an hourly base pay range of $15-$17 per hour plus daily cash tips.
Schedule: Shift start times are available from 6 AM to 2 PM with flexible scheduling options.

Please note that eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked, and seasonal or temporary roles may not be eligible for these benefits.
