The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and serving as a knowledgeable guide for directions, reservations, and local amenities.
Your day will be defined by interaction and service. You will greet guests within five feet with a professional demeanor, use their names to personalize the experience, and handle vehicle logistics with precision. From explaining parking rates to delivering messages and amenities, you will ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $15-$17 per hour, plus daily cash tips.
We offer flexible scheduling with shift start times available from 6 AM to 2 PM. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles may have different eligibility requirements for benefits.
