About the Role
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services. Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will serve as a knowledgeable guide, offering directions, information about local amenities, and assistance with reservations or taxis. This role requires maintaining a professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly, and managing the operational details of the valet system with precision.
Compensation & Schedule
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15–$17 per hour, plus daily cash tips. Actual compensation is based on skills, experience, education, and location. The work schedule offers flexible shift start times available from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Benefits
Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. A 401(k) retirement savings plan is also available. Please note that eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked, and seasonal or temporary roles may not be eligible for these benefits.
