About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and serving as a knowledgeable guide for directions, reservations, and local amenities.

Your day involves maintaining a professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly, and handling vehicle logistics with precision. From explaining parking procedures to managing revenue collection, you play a key part in the smooth operation of our facilities. It is a dynamic role where your interaction directly contributes to the positive experiences of millions of patients, visitors, and guests we proudly serve.

Compensation & Schedule

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour, plus daily cash tips. Actual compensation is based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, and location.

The work schedule offers flexibility with shift start times available from 6 AM to 2 PM.
