About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This role exists to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests within five feet with a professional demeanor and using their names to personalize interactions. Your day involves parking and retrieving vehicles safely, assisting with luggage delivery and storage, and acting as a local guide by providing directions, taxi assistance, and information about facility amenities and area attractions. You will also manage the financial aspects of the service, explaining parking rates, issuing claim checks, and collecting revenue with precision.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour, plus daily cash tips. The work schedule offers flexibility with shift start times available from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Note: Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined below.
