About the Role
The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is central to the guest journey, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In this position, you will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, while also assisting with bell services and luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests with a professional demeanor, offering directions, and sharing information about facility amenities and local attractions. Your work ensures that guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Hiring Process
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $21.50 per hour plus tips, with a $2 shift differential for overnight work.
The work schedule for this position runs Monday through Sunday. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined below.
