About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is central to the guest experience, involving the prompt and safe parking and retrieval of vehicles, as well as assisting with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly, offering directions and local insights, and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in turning routine interactions into memorable moments.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $15-$17 per hour, plus daily cash tips. The work schedule features flexible shift start times available from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the standard benefits outlined in our full policy, which includes options for accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility for these benefits depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked.
