About the Role

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This role is vital to ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and serving as a knowledgeable guide for the facility and local area. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests within five feet, using their names, and offering directions, taxi assistance, and information about amenities. This position requires a balance of operational precision—managing parking rates, claim checks, and revenue collection—and genuine human connection.

Work Environment

This is an overnight position performed primarily outdoors. You will be working in various environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold, for extended periods. The role involves significant physical activity, including standing for long durations, walking, running, and lifting objects up to 100 pounds occasionally. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay for this role is $15.50 per hour, plus tips. Actual compensation is based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location.
