As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is vital in ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and promptly, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and offering directions or information about local amenities. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests within five feet, using their names, and ensuring a seamless experience. From explaining parking procedures to handling inquiries about reservations and attractions, you will be the face of our commitment to service excellence.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $20 per hour plus tips. The work schedule requires open availability.
