About the Role
This position serves as the frontline of our customer experience, requiring you to provide exceptional guest service by being courteous, greeting all customers, and making eye contact. You will be responsible for conducting point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, managing cash drawers, and performing cashier reconciliations. Beyond the register, you will play a key role in maintaining the station's image through consistent cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, and pumps.
You will also prepare food and hot beverage products, manage inventory levels to maximize sales, and actively promote store specials. The role demands adherence to strict safety, security, and food hygiene guidelines, as well as compliance with federal laws regarding age-restricted products. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure the safety of yourself, fellow employees, and customers by utilizing the CSI Loss Prevention process and following proper kitchen and sanitation procedures.
