As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Your day will involve parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup, and offering directions or information about local amenities. You will maintain a professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met from arrival to departure.
This role is vital to our mission of serving millions of patients, visitors, and guests with care. You will work in a dynamic environment, often outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions while ensuring the smooth operation of our valet and guest services.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, or training, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $19.50 per hour plus tips, with a $2.21 shift differential based on overnight work.
