About the Role
As an Equipment Operator, you will serve as a representative of HPC-Industrial, fostering continuous working relationships with clients and customers. This role is critical to the safe and successful execution of jobs across all service lines. You will act as a safety representative, responsible for upholding safety policies and procedures for both the company and the customer, while providing hands-on guidance on operations, equipment, and emergency response.
Your day-to-day involves operating manual and automated hydroblasting equipment, including Ultra High Pressure pumps, vacuum trucks, and cutting equipment. You will be responsible for the maintenance of company assets, directing crews of vacuum technicians, and ensuring all work meets company and customer specifications. This position requires significant travel (80-100%) and the ability to work in diverse environments, from chemical plants and refineries to extreme climate conditions.
