Key Responsibilities
- check_circleClean and sanitize all Food & Beverage areas and equipment
- check_circleRemove trash and debris from Food & Beverage areas
- check_circleRestock supplies and maintain orderly work areas
- check_circleAttend mandatory meetings and training sessions as required
- check_circleOperate dish machines to clean dishes, utensils, and cookware
- check_circleProvide high-level customer service to guests and team members
- check_circleSafely operate electric carts, dumpster lifts, and cardboard crushers
- check_circleMaintain dish machine temperature logs and add appropriate chemicals
- check_circleReport hazards, unsafe conditions, and product shortages to supervisors
- check_circleClean and maintain three-compartment sinks, power wash sinks, and salvajors
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- verifiedSome experience in sanitation preferred
- verifiedMust be able to understand and speak English
- verifiedMust be 18 years of age or over
