Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform heavy duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, and walk-in refrigerators
- check_circleOperate dishwashing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of china and silver
- check_circleSupply china, glass, and silver to banquets and outlets based on business demand
- check_circleReport any faulty equipment to management immediately
- check_circleMaintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchens, back docks, and utility work areas
- check_circleEmpty garbage from food and beverage areas into hotel dumpsters
- check_circleFollow proper procedures for the breakdown, cleaning, and reassembling of kitchen equipment
- check_circleReport shortages of equipment and supplies to management immediately
- check_circleSort, stack, and prewash banquet plate ware, flatware, and glassware
- check_circleReturn clean china, glass, and silver to proper storage locations while minimizing breakage
- check_circleTransport soiled dishware from event spaces to dishwashing areas
- check_circleAssist in the setup and breakdown of restaurant buffets as required
Requirements

Nice to Have
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field.
