A-Line Staffing is currently seeking Utility Services Care Coordinators to support the Energy Assistance Program in Detroit, Michigan. As a Care Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between applicants and critical support programs like MEAP and WRAP. Your day-to-day involves facilitating intake, answering inbound inquiries, and ensuring accurate data processing to help eligible individuals secure the energy assistance they need. This is a contract assignment with the potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) operating on a hybrid schedule. The first week of employment requires onsite training at the Fisher Building in Detroit. Following the training period, the role transitions to a remote setup with two designated in-office days per week, determined in collaboration with your supervisor. Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, are required.
