A-Line Staffing is recruiting for Utility Services Care Coordinators to support the Energy Assistance Program in Detroit, Michigan. As a Utility Services Care Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between the Energy Assistance Program and the community. Your primary mission is to facilitate intake and enrollment activities for MEAP and WRAP applicants, ensuring that vulnerable individuals receive the energy assistance they need. You will manage high-volume inbound calls, assist applicants with program questions, and verify documentation with a high level of precision. The role requires a blend of customer service excellence and administrative accuracy, as you will process applications through online portals and enter data into internal systems.
This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) operating on a hybrid schedule. The first week of employment requires onsite training at the Fisher Building in Detroit. Following training, the role shifts to a remote setup with two designated in-office days per week, determined in collaboration with your supervisor. Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, are required. Please note that attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days of employment.
