The Court Program Specialist 1 serves as a vital support pillar within the 13th Judicial Circuit's Juvenile Diversion Programs and Unified Family Court Case Management. This position is dedicated to coordinating case intake activities, maintaining electronic case management records, and assisting with the administration of diversion and dependency case processes. The role bridges the gap between community referrals and court proceedings, ensuring that case information is accurately tracked and that participants receive the necessary support.
In this capacity, you will process referrals, coordinate intake appointments, and support court proceedings by managing virtual access, including Zoom hearings and breakout rooms. You will work under general supervision to maintain case management databases, prepare documentation for judges, and compile statistical reports on program activity and case outcomes. The position requires a professional who can tactfully deal with the public while exercising discretion with confidential information.
