About the Role

This position serves as the on-site representative, liaison, and primary point of interface between contractor personnel, the Government Technical Representative, and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Located at Macdill AFB, FL, this role is critical for ensuring that requirements are met within allocated resources while balancing cost, schedule, and technical performance.

You will oversee the synchronization, standardization, and quality control of DVRED processes across HQ, subordinate, and forward-deployed commands. This includes managing collection plan development and JLLIS training. The role requires analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of Doctrine, Operations, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) to identify lessons learned.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating all OCONUS pre-deployment requirements and managing CONUS/OCONUS administrative tasks such as travel, clearances, and reporting. You will interact with senior military leadership to direct the contractor workforce, ensuring tasks are completed according to scheduled milestones and budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will collect DOTMLPF-P metrics for senior leadership briefings and design products for worldwide dissemination to enhance special operations exercises, training, war games, and operations.
