This position serves as a pivotal leader within the store, responsible for cultivating a high-performing team and driving exceptional customer experiences. The role exists to bridge the gap between company strategy and daily store operations, ensuring that business objectives are met while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. You will be the face of the "One Best Way" service model, guiding associates in delivering top-tier customer service and resolving issues effectively.
In this role, you will lead by example, managing the financial performance of the store area through careful oversight of profit and loss statements, budgeting, and inventory flow. Your day-to-life involves actively touring the store to provide real-time feedback, mentoring associates, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales goals. You will coordinate with key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and drive the adoption of new technologies and business initiatives.
