About the Role

As a Member Frontline Services Associate at Sam's Club, you are the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. This role is designed to support the daily operations of our checkout and entrance areas while fostering a culture of belonging and service excellence. You will guide members through their purchasing journey, assist with self-service technology, and resolve issues to ensure every visit is positive.

Beyond transactional duties, you play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. This includes conducting safety sweeps, identifying potential security risks, and executing emergency response procedures. You will also have the opportunity to mentor new associates, delivering training on company processes, new technologies, and program rollouts to help the team thrive.
