This position serves as a vital link between Sam's Club and its members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience from entrance to exit. You will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, resolving concerns, and guiding members through self-service technologies and purchasing decisions. The role involves maintaining the safety and organization of the store environment, handling transactions, and safeguarding company assets.
Beyond daily operations, this role offers opportunities to mentor and train new associates on company processes, tools, and new program rollouts. You will work collaboratively with managers and team members to identify improvement opportunities and adapt to changing business needs.
