About the Role
As the Beauty Care Media Planning Manager, you will serve as the central hub for brand-specific media deliverables. This role exists to ensure seamless coordination between the brand team, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. You will be the day-to-day contact for agencies, managing collaboration, timing, and asset needs while leading the preparation, development, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive media plans.
Your day will involve gathering and assessing critical data—such as demographic profiles, media usage habits, and costs—to inform strategic media planning. You will craft points of view on media opportunities, manage project workflows for brand-specific and cross-category work, and ensure all operational elements, including flowcharts, budgets, authorizations, and billing, are accurately maintained.
