About the Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at NowCare Urgent Care Centers. NowCare operates seven convenient locations across South Hampton Roads, all open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, providing walk-in access to quality urgent care services.
In this role, you will deliver prompt, high-quality medical care in a fast-paced, outpatient setting. Beyond standard urgent care duties, you will play a key part in our Occupational Health offerings for local employers. This includes conducting pre-employment, return-to-work, and DOT physicals, as well as evaluating and treating work-related injuries in compliance with OSHA and workers' compensation guidelines. You will also perform and oversee drug and alcohol testing, ensuring strict adherence to chain-of-custody procedures.
