Since opening our doors in 1942, one thing has never changed: our commitment to serve, heal, lead, educate, and innovate. We believe that every award earned, every record broken, and every patient helped is a testament to the dedicated employees who fill our hallways. Whether you work directly with patients every day or support those who do, you are making a difference, and that matters.
This position operates within a collaborative model, working alongside residents, fellows, attendings, and staff to care for outpatient clinic patients. Under the supervision of the Medical Director or an approved staff physician, you will partner with PCCs, staff nurses, and discharge coordinators in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of medical and nursing care.
Your day will involve assuming responsibility for primary and urgent medical management, emergency stabilization of critically ill patients, and the teaching of residents and medical students. You will also lead staff development, patient education, and discharge planning, ensuring a holistic approach to care that adapts to the specific needs and privacy of every patient population.
