About the Role

The Building Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our physical facilities are kept in optimal condition to support our mission of serving the community. This position combines technical know-how with leadership abilities, effectively bridging hands-on work and administrative oversight. Your effectiveness will directly impact the longevity of our building assets, the satisfaction of our occupants, and the overall operational costs of the property.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of maintenance services, plan and execute preventative maintenance strategies, and address urgent repair needs. You will champion standards for safety, efficiency, and sustainability across our clinic locations, ensuring that all building systems function properly according to industry standards and local regulations.
