The University Planner and Financial Strategist serves as a strategic partner to the Vice President for Finance & Operations, bridging the gap between campus infrastructure needs and financial sustainability. This role exists to ensure that campus spaces are not only functional and beautiful but also financially viable, directly contributing to student success, community engagement, and overall well-being.
In this position, you will lead initiatives that enhance the university's curb appeal and aesthetic environment by incorporating evidence-based design and environmental psychology principles. You will work closely with Facilities, the Business Office, and campus leaders to drive project forward while minimizing costs. Your work will involve identifying innovative revenue-generation opportunities, such as event hosting and community partnerships, to strengthen the university's financial health. By prioritizing facility-related initiatives and optimizing space utilization, you will help create an environment that supports the university's strategic mission.
