This position serves as a vital link between Truist and our clients, dedicated to providing timely and efficient completion of transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and security. The role goes beyond standard teller duties; it is designed to deliver superior quality service by actively identifying and understanding the client's financial needs. You will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a specific focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to ensure seamless delivery of Truist expertise.
In this role, you will engage clients with a distinctive experience, facilitating courteous conversations and conducting both complex and standardized transactions. You will play a key part in educating clients on digital and self-service solutions, such as ATMs, online banking, and mobile apps, to enhance their overall service experience. Additionally, you will support the team sales process by participating in client outreach, checking for offers, and referring clients to appropriate specialists when unique needs are identified.
