This position serves as a specialized unit educator, master teacher, and clinical preceptor within the Medical Department. The role is designed to bridge high-level clinical expertise with educational leadership, ensuring that nursing processes are effectively integrated into the plan of care for a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
As a master clinician, you will facilitate evidence-based research and develop unit-based strategies to enhance specialized patient care. You will act as a clinical resource for the multidisciplinary team, consulting on complex cases and coordinating in-service training on new equipment and protocols. By fostering professional growth through current literature and workshops, the team aims to continuously improve quality standards and parameters across the continuum of care.
