- check_circleAssist physicians with order entry processes and maintain patient charts
- check_circleEnter and maintain timekeeping changes and staff schedules in computer systems
- check_circleSchedule patient appointments and coordinate transfers and discharges
- check_circleManage patient files, distribute mail, and perform general clerical duties
- check_circleCommunicate with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care protocols
- check_circleCoordinate meetings, schedule rooms, and maintain meeting minutes
- check_circleGreet patients and visitors while answering and routing telephone calls
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- verifiedBLS Provider preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
