About the Role

As an Observation Telemetry Nurse on the night shift, you will be the primary coordinator of all clinical disciplines, ensuring a seamless and well-integrated care experience for our patients. Your role is vital in leading the delivery of direct nursing care by adhering to established protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment.

In this position, you will create and monitor personalized patient care plans, documenting and communicating critical changes to the team to ensure clinical outcomes are met. You will execute physician and nursing orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety. Additionally, you will coordinate comprehensive discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure patients have a clear and supported transition from the hospital to home.
