About the Role

Located at the Ascension Franklin facility in Franklin, WI, this full-time, day-schedule position within the Operating Room (OR) department is designed for those ready to lead with purpose. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for patients and families, resolving complex care challenges with empathy and professional judgment. Your day will involve strategically assigning patient care tasks to ensure every individual receives attentive, high-quality treatment tailored to their specific needs. Beyond direct patient care, you will empower and mentor nursing and support teams through real-time education, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth while optimizing unit resources to maintain a seamless workflow.
