About the Role

You will join the Surgical Step-down Department at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, WI, working a full-time night shift. In this role, you will implement and monitor patient care plans, carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the broader healthcare team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes within a dedicated surgical care environment.
