As a Sales Associate, you will serve as the customer service specialist for the store, playing a vital role in our mission to exceed customer expectations. You will be the face of the brand, listening to customer needs, providing in-depth product information, and guiding them to the perfect items.

What to Expect

In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your day will involve maintaining brand and operational standards, ensuring the sales floor is vibrant and organized, and actively managing customer interactions using our U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standards. You will be knowledgeable about fitting room protocols, assist with cashier duties when needed, and help manage merchandise representation. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to identify and resolve store issues and assist with special projects as assigned.
