Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) has been serving the city of Providence for more than 55 years. As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island, PCHC employs 500 staff members dedicated to providing primary care, integrated behavioral health, dental, optometry, podiatry, and asthma/allergy services to 80,000 patients in underserved communities.

About the Role
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to manage their own patient panel in our primary care clinics. This role is designed for those who want to grow their career in primary care while enjoying a supportive team structure. You will lead a team including an RN and medical assistant, collaborating with a wide range of providers such as Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Ob-Gyns, CNMs, Behavioral Health counselors, and clinical Pharmacists.
You will have the flexibility to choose between an adult-only panel or a lifespan panel based on your experience and interests. Our clinics are equipped with the Epic EMR, featuring AI scribe and translation tools to support best practices. In-house referrals are available for specialties including optometry, podiatry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma-allergy.
Work Environment
We prioritize work-life balance and professional growth. Full-time positions consist of four clinic weekdays plus one day of remote administrative time, with no weekend requirements. You will be part of a rewarding culture that values a patient-centered care team approach.
