About the Role
We are seeking Driller's Helpers to join our team in the Alaska region. This entry-level role is designed for you to learn new skills, build lifelong friendships, and earn competitive wages as a Drillers Offsider. Working directly with highly skilled Drillers, you will assist and learn all aspects of underground drilling while delivering exceptional services to our valued clients.
The Experience
You will work a 4 weeks on; 2 weeks off rotating schedule of days and nights, spending 12 hours a day or more at a remote campsite. The environment presents extreme conditions, including changing weather, dust, mud, varying noise levels, and confined work areas. During your rotation, you are required to stay on site at the client-provided camp. Facilities include dining services, a games room, exercise and weight rooms, saunas, and accommodation rooms equipped with landline phones, Wi-Fi, and TV.
