This position serves as a vital link in the manufacturing process, performing routine and repetitive assembly operations under direct supervision. The role exists to ensure the production of high-quality biomedical textile structures that meet strict ISO13485 medical standards. You will work within a controlled manufacturing environment, utilizing mechanical aptitude to set up, monitor, and maintain production equipment while adhering to detailed work instructions and quality documentation.
Your day will involve a blend of hands-on assembly, precise measurement, and collaborative problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring all quality standards are met during operation, inspection, and packaging tasks. The role requires managing multiple priorities under tight timelines to meet production deadlines and customer delivery expectations. Beyond the assembly floor, you will actively participate in the company's LEAD (Lean Enterprise Across Disciplines) transformation, applying lean principles to rapidly improve manufacturing metrics and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
