About the Role
The Quality Control Inspector I operates under supervision to perform receiving, in-process, final, and lab certification testing on components, materials, and finished products. This role is essential for ensuring that every device leaving our facility meets strict specifications and customer requirements.
In this position, you will apply a working knowledge of GD&T principles while utilizing handheld inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and various gages. Your day-to-day involves conducting visual and dimensional inspections, reviewing Device History Records, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. You will also be responsible for quarantining non-conforming parts, communicating potential issues to Quality Engineering, and supporting the training of inspection personnel.
This role is located in California and operates on Shift 2 (SNA), which includes a 10% premium pay rate for hours worked during this shift.
