About the Role

The CNC Machinist I position is a vital contributor to the production of high-quality medical devices. In this role, you will operate and perform basic setups of CNC 2 and 3-axis machines, identifying X, Y, Z, and 0 coordinates. You will be responsible for running multiple and varying CNC machines simultaneously, including Lathes, EDM Wire, and Plunge machines, as well as operating manual machine tools to cut, drill, shape, and finish quality products.

You will report directly to the area Supervisor and work with moderate supervision to make offsets and adjustments to machines. Your work will directly support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS). You will also advocate for the health and safety of yourself, co-workers, customers, and the community.

Shift and Location

This position is located in California, United States, and operates on Shift 2 (SNA), which includes a 10% shift premium.
