About the Role
Walden Security is seeking Full-Time, Unarmed Security Officers for 3rd shift openings starting May 29th near the UT Campus. This position involves regular patrols along scheduled security circuits, where officers walk pre-planned and random routes to check locks, investigate alarms, deter suspicious activity, and offer assistance to students, residents, and visitors.
As a Security Officer, you will protect client property against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings and Luxury Residential Properties to Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, and Hospitals. This role requires officers to be outside in the elements and demands a high level of mobility due to the walking patrol nature of the job.
Success in this role requires the ability to write reports in a clear, concise, and accurate manner. Excellent customer service skills and professionalism are essential, as you will be building a sense of trust and a safe community.

Candidates must complete Walden training and acquire a security license upon starting. Walden Security can assist with this process. The state requires a background check, fingerprints, a training class, and a licensing fee; Walden Security will handle payroll deductions to cover these state requirements.
