About the Role
We are seeking experienced, unarmed agents for various assignments across the San Fernando Valley, Hawthorne, El Segundo, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Westwood, Bel Aire, Koreatown, West LA, and Downtown Los Angeles. Opportunities are available in diverse environments, including nightlife, hotels, residential, and corporate settings, with positions ranging from part-time to full-time.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain a visible security presence to deter potential intruders and ensure resident safety
- check_circleReport and document security incidents, irregularities, and maintenance issues in a timely manner
- check_circleCollaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
- check_circleProvide first aid and emergency assistance to residents as needed
- check_circleParticipate in ongoing security training and awareness programs to enhance professional skills
- check_circleConduct regular patrols around property perimeters and interior spaces to detect unauthorized entry
- check_circleIdentify and professionally manage encounters with homeless individuals to redirect them from premises
- check_circleEngage with residents courteously to address security concerns and ensure their well-being
Requirements
- verifiedValid BSIS Guard Card
- verifiedMinimum 1 year of security experience
- verifiedOwn professional security uniform (black cargo pants, black boots, duty belt)
- verifiedOwn full black suit
- verifiedKnowledge of security equipment and technology
- verifiedMust have a smartphone
- verifiedAbility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have
Experience in residential or hospitality environments. Possession of pepper spray and a taser (subject to legal compliance and certification).
