About the Role
Join our team as an Ultrasound Technologist at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. In this role, you will perform ultrasonic examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physicians. You will apply independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to conduct technical procedures for radiologic diagnosis while ensuring the safety and comfort of all patients. Your day will involve verifying appropriate orders and patient identification prior to procedures and adhering strictly to departmental protocols.

HCA Florida Highlands Hospital is a 126-bed acute hospital that has served Sebring, Florida, and the surrounding counties since 1965. We offer a full range of Emergency, Surgical, Inpatient, and Outpatient services, featuring advanced technology that attracts top physicians and surgeons. Our Emergency Room is the area's only dedicated Senior ER, offering specialized amenities like hearing amplifiers and optical devices. Our Orthopedic Institute provides an upscale environment for joint replacements, specializing in minimally invasive procedures for faster recovery.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited school of Radiation Sciences or Ultrasound Technology

- verifiedCurrent BLS Certification
