Our Imaging Team operates under the supervision of the Imaging Manager and the general direction of the Imaging Medical Director, working collaboratively with interdepartmental personnel to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role

We are seeking a Mammography Technologist Lead to join our Imaging Team. In this pivotal role, you will perform quality and complete imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a vital link between patients and the medical team, maintaining cooperative relationships with patients and their families while ensuring regulatory compliance.

As a Lead, you will not only produce quality exams across various modalities but also provide instruction and supervision to radiologic technologist students fulfilling their clinical requirements. You will act as a key contact for yearly physicist visits and FDA inspections, ensuring the department maintains its ACR accreditation and meets all MQSA standards. In the absence of the Manager, you are prepared to assume departmental responsibilities and manage front desk operations.
