About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) to join our team on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated group of professionals to make a tangible difference in the health and lives of people in West Florida. Your contribution is vital to our success, as every role directly impacts our patients' lives.
You will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients and equipment safely, performing sonogram examinations accurately and in a timely manner, and recording and processing ultrasound images. A key part of your day involves maintaining proactive communication with radiologists regarding unusual clinical findings and maintaining statistical results for quality improvement. Whether you have general or vascular experience, your passion and vision align with ours as we strive to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements
- verifiedTwo-year Allied Health degree or 12-month CAAHEP approved program
- verified1-3 years Ultrasound Technologist experience
- verifiedValid ARDMS certification, RVT, ARDMS AB, or ARDMS OB/GYN within 1 year
- verifiedCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
