Reporting to the Office of the General Counsel, the Trust and Estate Manager serves as the operational backbone for our portfolio of active estates and trusts. This role exists to ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely administration of complex legal instruments, including wills, trusts, and annuity claims, which are subject to annual external audits.
In this position, you will manage the lifecycle of estate matters from initial notification through final closure. Your day-to-day work involves interpreting legal documents to determine the organization's interests, coordinating with executors and trustees, and maintaining meticulous records within our ROI database. You will act as a critical liaison between legal, accounting, and executive leadership, ensuring that all financial and tax information is handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, formal paralegal training, or paralegal certificate. Three (3) years of experience in a law firm, nonprofit, or corporate legal office, bank, or trust department dealing with a very large and complex workload.
