Key Responsibilities
- check_circleObtain appointment dates for patients recommended for spinal injections and surgical procedures
- check_circleBuild rapport with law firms and physician offices
- check_circleMaintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- check_circleAchieve quarterly measurements and incentive goals
- check_circleInform law firms of their client's appointment dates
- check_circleUpdate client files on a computer system
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School or GED / some College preferred
- verified2 years of medical or scheduling background preferred
- verifiedBilingual strongly preferred
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office
- verifiedAbility to Type 45 wpm
- verifiedMust be able to work in-office at our Las Vegas, NV location
