About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. You will handle 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop-and-hook opportunities, typically spending 2-3 weeks out at a time.
You are more than just a driver; you are part of a supportive family culture. We offer 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support, allowing drivers to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed.
