About the Role
We are hiring OTR Flatbed Drivers who are either experienced or ready to learn. This role is designed for those seeking a career where they can grow their skills, earn top pay, and still be home on weekends. Whether you have existing flatbed experience or are looking to expand your driving career, you will join a team that puts drivers first.
As a driver, you will haul 100% no-touch freight, handling tarping and securing requirements. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with modern cab amenities, including an APU inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. The typical schedule involves being out for 2-3 weeks at a time, covering an average of 2,600 to 3,200+ miles.
