About the Role
We are hiring Regional Reefer Drivers with a mission to prioritize productivity over seniority. At Decker, your hard work and availability—not your tenure—determine your success. This role is designed for motivated drivers ready to maximize their miles and earnings. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers carrying 100% no-touch freight, with 30% drop and hook opportunities.
Day in the Life
You will enjoy a schedule that typically keeps you out for 11 days and home for 3 days, though weekends are not guaranteed. The role offers significant flexibility and support, including 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. Drivers can always sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. You will drive equipment equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio.
