About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team where you are more than just a driver—you are part of a family. This role is designed for experienced professionals who want to build a career with top-of-the-line equipment and a focus on safety. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers, handling 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook opportunities. The position offers a schedule of being out 2-3 weeks at a time, allowing for a balanced life while earning top pay.
Support and Culture
At Decker, you have access to 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support. We believe in face-to-face interaction, so drivers can always sit down with local leadership and shop support on-site when needed. Our fleet is equipped with premium cab amenities including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. We also welcome pets and riders, reflecting our supportive family environment.
