About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Driver, you will join a team that values your output and keeps you earning. You will operate late-model tractors and 53ft trailers equipped with premium cab amenities, including an APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, smart TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi, and CB radio. The role focuses on 100% no-touch freight with 30% drop and hook, allowing you to maximize your time on the road.
You will be part of a supportive environment where 24/7 Operations & Maintenance Support is always available. Drivers have the opportunity to sit down face-to-face with local leadership and shop support on-site whenever needed. This position offers a work schedule of being out 2-3 weeks at a time, providing a balance of consistent earnings and time away from home.
